East Jakarta Mayor Monitors Two Vaccine Services in Penggilingan

It is very helpful accelerating vaccination achievements in East Jakarta

East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar together with his staff, monitored two locations used as Covid-19 vaccination centers in Penggilingan Urban Village, Cakung, on Tuesday (8/31).

Those vaccination centers were precisely at RW 14 Secretariat and Citra Bangsa RPTRA, RW 06, PIK Penggilingan Housing Complex.

39,155 People Receive Vaccine Jabs at PT KBN's Vaccination Center

According to him, it was realized in collaboration with puskesmas, urban villages and Jakarta DPRD members. Each location was targeted to vaccinate around 140 people.

He continued, the type of vaccine used was AstraZeneca for people aged 18 and over and Sinovac for people aged 12-17, pregnant women and the elderly.

"It is very helpful accelerating vaccination achievements in East Jakarta, in order to reach herd immunity and to be able to complete the stages of handling Covid-19," he said.

Aside that, his party was also distributing supplement and vitamin aid to 17 RPTRA caretakers.

"Hopefully, those who have been vaccinated to continuously comply with health protocols, should not be careless considering Covid-19 is still around us," he asserted.
